05Sports Betting Rules

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by ph638's system and a bet slip reference number has been issued. Bets that fail to confirm due to technical issues are void and any funds are returned.

Full-game bets on an abandoned event are voided unless the sport's governing body declares an official result.
• Official results: All bet settlements are based on the official result published by the relevant league or governing body — PBA, NBA, FIBA, FIFA, or equivalent. ph638 does not accept unofficial result sources.
• Maximum payout: ph638 applies a maximum single-event payout cap. This cap is displayed in the bet slip for each market. Combinations that would exceed this cap may be rejected or paid at the capped amount.
• Obvious errors: If a bet is placed at odds that result from a manifest error (technical glitch, typographical error, data feed failure), ph638 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake regardless of whether the bet has been settled.

06Casino Game Rules

• Using any software, algorithm, or artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting any technical error, miscalculated odds, or software vulnerability to place bets or play games outside normal operating parameters.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing or facilitating another person to use your ph638 account.

09Account Suspension and Closure
